Before your event

Install the Mac app on macOS 14 or later, or the signed APK on Android 13 or later.
Sign in with your organisation account and open the event assigned to you.
If your role allows offline check-in, download the event pack while connected.
Test a scan and keep the app open to sync check-ins when connectivity returns.

Updates and availability

The Mac app supports automatic updates. Android APK updates are available from this page. Google Play and public iOS downloads are coming soon; no store listing is available yet.
