We use storage to deliver the features you ask for. We currently use no analytics or advertising cookies.
What is stored
| Storage | Purpose and lifetime |

| Sign-in cookie | HttpOnly session authentication. Sessions expire after 24 hours or on server sign-out. |
| Local storage | Cached workspace profile, device identifier, appearance choices and this notice preference. Removed through relevant sign-out or browser controls; the notice and appearance preferences persist until cleared. |
| IndexedDB | Offline event packs, device keys and queued scans. Kept until acknowledged, replaced or cleared through app/browser controls. |
| Session storage | Booking request identifiers that make retries safe. Removed after successful booking or when the tab’s session ends. |
| Service-worker cache | App files for offline loading. Updated with app releases or removed when site storage is cleared. |
Your controls
The banner acknowledges essential storage; it does not grant marketing permission. Marketing is a separate, optional choice. If optional trackers are introduced, they must remain off until you choose to enable them. You can reopen the storage notice from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Clearing site data can remove pending scans. Sync first, then sign out or clear the device when appropriate.
